Alberto Astolfi

Born in Pavia on October, the 30th, 1972, he graduated in Law from the University of Pavia in 2001 after attending the Universidad de Salamanca (Erasmus program).
He is a member of the Pavia Bar Association since 2006 and is authorised to practice at the Italian Supreme Court of Cassation since 2021.
He mainly works in the fields of civil, commercial and corporate law. His experience includes the assistance of Italian and foreign clients in the fields of corporate governance, acquisition and merger operations, the drafting of partnership agreements and commercial contracts with particular regard to business contracts in the fields of national and international distribution law. He provides judicial and extra-judicial assistance both in ordinary and arbitration cases, in the areas of medical liability, bankruptcy law insolvency proceedings, banking law, and financial intermediation.
He has been working with the Astolfi e Associati law firm since 2001, is a member of the editorial board of the legal review "Rassegna di diritto farmaceutico e della salute” and of boards of directors of Italian and foreign companies.
